RESPONSIBILITIES
» Provide leadership for all project activities for specific client(s)
» Work closely with clients to analyze existing systems and processes,
determine specific requirements
» Establish courses of action and develop project schedules
» Manage project team resources and identify required resources to
ensure targets and objectives are reached
» Identify additional business opportunities as they arise
» Be willing to travel to client sites as required
EDUCATION:
» Post-secondary education in Business Management, Computer Science or
Information Technology
EXPERIENCE:
» 2+ years as an IT Project Manager
» 3+ years as an IT Project Lead
» 5+ years as an Software Developer
» Proven track record in successfully managing systems projects
throughout the complete project lifecycle
» Previous hands-on experience working with billing, customer care or
financial systems
» Strong business analysis skills and a solid understanding of
billing/customer care concepts
SKILLS:
» Strong interpersonal, team building, leadership and project management
skills are required
» Demonstrated abilities in problem solving, development methodology
& MS Project
» Excellent oral & written communication skills
» Demonstrated client relationship management skills
» Ability to interact at all levels with customers and vendors
» Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment
» Ability to work independently with minimal direction

» Broad project leadership through requirements analysis, design,
development, testing & implementation

» Designing and developing complete software solutions for customers
using proprietary software
» Working closely with clients to analyze existing systems and new
software requirements
» Customizing user interfaces and business logic for CRM, accounting,
and billing systems.
» Be willing to travel to client sites as required
EDUCATION:
» Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology
EXPERIENCE:
» 2+ years requirements analysis
» 3+ years of software design experience, preferably using Rational Rose
and UML
» 3+ years on one or more in MS .Net (VB and C#), C, C++, Perl, JAVA,
HTML
» 3+ years on one or more in HTML, ASP and ASP.Net, JavaScript, XML,
SOAP, Web Services
» 3+ years on one or more in IIS, Web Logic, WebSphere, Apache, MTS
» 3+ years on one or more in MS SQLServer, Oracle, DB2, MYSQL, MS
Access, Sysbase
» 3+years on one or more in UNIX, Linux administration and user levels
» Networks and protocols, e.g. TCP/IP, LDAP, DHCP, DNS
» Proven track record in successfully implementing software solutions
SKILLS:
