Project Management

Easiserve Project Managers provide hands-on management of projects from start to finish. They are results-oriented, adaptable and experienced professionals who work directly with your Business representatives, IT resources and Third Party Vendors to ensure that the right solution is delivered on-time and on-budget. Easiserve has managed many large IT projects including software development, systems integration and infrastructure projects.

Our Project Managers have obtained the “Master Certificate in Project Management” from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and have many years of practical experience.

Requirements Gathering / Analysis

Our Systems Analysts are experienced professionals with excellent communication and writing skills. Working with cross-functional teams, they perform the detailed analysis, research and design work required to ensure the right solution is delivered to meet your requirements. Database Administration

Our Database administrators have designed, implemented, and maintained databases for a wide variety of applications. We have extensive database experience in both the Unix environment using Oracle databases and in the Windows environment using SQL Server. In addition, we have designed database failover solutions and performed database audits to ensure that databases are properly designed, tuned, backed up, and are recoverable in the event of a failure.
